Q: If my home security system is triggered, who will respond?
A: Your alarm signals are answered by our LOCAL UL listed central station 24/7 in Troy, MI. Some companies ship your alarm signals all around the country. Ours stay local cutting down greatly on the response time of the authorities having jurisdiction.

Q: My security system has been accidentally triggered – what should I do?
A: Centronic supplies each individual using your alarm system with a personal code. These codes must be given to our quick response operators, anything other than the correct code results in the authorities being dispatched. Help is on the way!

Q: Who should I contact if I have issues with any of the products Centronic Technologies Group has installed in my home or office?
A: Operators are on duty 24/7 to answer any questions that may arise. Quick, prompt service is always a priority at Centronic.

Q: How do I check to see if the warranty on my product is still under service?
A: Most of Centronic warranties cover parts and installation for a period of one year, our customer service reps. are always available if needed.
